We are requiring a 24 hour cancellation notice for the driving lessons. Cancellations can be made only during our office hours M-F 9:30am-5:30pm by calling (617) 361-3666, (during the office hours only) by providing the following:

• Students name

• Time of the lesson

• Location of the lesson and contact phone number(s).

Monday lessons must be canceled on Friday, during office hours, at the latest.

If proper notice is not given, the session fee will be charged (or lost for the lessons, if package was purchased).

Students who are more than 15 minutes late for driving instruction will forfeit their lesson or be subject to the session fee of the scheduled lesson. If a student does not appear for a scheduled lesson or does not have their permit original/glasses/contacts the session fee or forfeit of the lesson applies.

No student will be issued a Certificate of Completion with an outstanding balance.
